Order minimum

The minimum order value for purchases on D'Ana jewels is ₹500.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on sundays and non working days will be processed the next working day. 

Shipping within India. 

-We ship across India via Delhivery courier or India post for unserviceable pin codes(or on request). 

• Free shipping on orders above ₹5000. 
• Shipping charge of ₹90 apply to orders below ₹5000 and will be displayed at check out. 

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 10 working days depending on the destination and courier service. Remote locations may require additional time. 

Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by the courier partner or us. 

Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. D'Ana jewels cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping cost resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. 

Damaged in transit

We carefully pack and inspect every piece before dispatch. Returns are not accepted for change of mind other than damage in transit. If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with videos/images of the damage.
